Your satisfaction is very
important to us at Spoiled Swan®.
If for any reason you decide not to keep your merchandise, you can
return it to us within fourteen (14) days of the original order's
postmark date, accompanied with its proper documentation and in its
original box for a full refund of the purchase price (shipping,
insurance and handling charges are not refundable). Items must be
returned in new and unworn condition. Damaged or worn items will not be
accepted for refund. For health reasons, earrings are not returnable.

- Repack the item in the original packing materials and send in a protective package.
